Phelps - The Man

OMG, to those who watched the 4x100 medley, you are in for another thrill. this is real team effort that you're watching.

It's no big surprise, Phelps can add a song to his all-time favourites playlist " Oops! I did it again". Eight Golds in one single Olympic is seriously no joke, this guy has gotta be the greatest swimmer of all times, the most decorated Olympian ever. xD

I really think that this guy is inspiring, I especially love the moment that he walked right through a whole bunch of intimidating cameras and reporters just to hand the bouquet to his mom, it happens everytime if you noticed. this guy's really great, not just the stunts he pulls off in the pool, but his personality. he's one of my favourite athletes really. It's really no coincidence that he got an overall of 14 gold medals, he's determination and strength is the key to victory despite his late starting. ( I hope I can save my late start like he does )

Another star of the pool today is from the Japan team who got Bronze - Kosuke Kitajima. 177cm is pretty short for a swimmer, but this guy holds the 100m and 200m breaststroke record and Gold medal for both Athens and Beijing Olympics. Without him, I seriously doubt Japan would have gotten gold, it was only till the second 100m that Kitajima puts the Japanese team in the lead ahead of all others by his breaststroke.
"See, Mario does the breaststroke. And thus, it’s perfect mental training for envisioning the actual Olympic hall." this guy is a hard-core Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games fan. LOL.
