Thank goodness I didn’t catch Red Cliff before this, haha, since I managed to watch it for free =) I don’t know much about Chinese Literature or History, but I pretty much enjoy it.. especially the war scenes, I think Guan Yu and Zhang Fei is sooooo cool!! You can see the fire in their eyes and sense the aura, haha. Tony Leung is like Infernal Affairs all over again.. charismatic yes, but a bit.. boring…But my favourite has got to be Zhu Ge Liang.. I mean, when do you get to see such a HOT Zhu Ge Liang? Haha, I really appreciate the sense of humour among the bloodiness.
I was quite disappointed with Lin ChiLing as Xiao Qiao, but I really like Zhao Wei’s character as Sun Quan’s sister, she’s so chivalrous and all cool about fighting! We need more female heros! Second favourite character.. Zhang Zhen aka Sun Quan.. that guy seriously can act!!!!
